1. How Secure is this Store?
The store is very secure, we use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Details such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details, are encrypted before the information transfers from your computer to our system.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
3. Can I return or swap my order?
Yes. Just send us back your unworn t-shirt and we can exchange for the next size or give an equal exchange, but keep in mind that you have 14 days from date of purchase. Items must be in original condition and in original packaging. We suggest insuring/tracking your package since we can not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. If your order is not fulfilled properly, we'll happily ship the correct items back to you for free.
4. How fast is your postage and handling time?
All orders are shipped out in 2 - 3 business days . If your order hasn’t arrived in 5 - 10 working days, check with your local post office. International orders should wait 2 - 3 weeks before contacting the post office.
5. Do I need an account to purchase items?
No, you don’t need an account. Just add items into your cart and proceed to the checkout to add your payment details.
6. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my item. What should I do?
if you have not received your item within the above mentioned timeframe head over to our Contact page and include all relevant information and we’ll endeavour to get back to you ASAP. To help avoid this, double check your shipping details before you complete your order.
